Release 3.4.1 adds a feature which allows you to run commands when there are:
1. no matching phrases, and/or
2. no matching enabled phrases.
The difference between "no matching phrases" and "no matching enabled phrases" is:
1. will trigger an action if the phrase you have spoken does not have a Push2Run card with a matching "Listen for" value,
2. will trigger an action if there is Push2Run card with a matching "Listen for" value, but the associated Push2Run card is turned "Off".
Below are screenshots showing how these commands can be used, along with the nircmd utility, to pop-up a message box detailing the phrase that was not matched.
