As you are seeing in the log, the "Title did not match Push2Run's title filter - no further action will be taken".
This means the title that you have entered in your IFTTT applet does not match the title you have enter in the options of Push2Run for this computer.
The easiest way to fix this is to just go to the Push2Run main window, click on 'File' - 'Options' - 'Pushbullet' and in the field 'Title filter' enter
Push2Run Zach
and click OK.
