Toggle mute and unmute on discord

ok so i'd like to toggle mute and unmute for discord however it only seems to work when im tabbed into the window. is there any way i can get it to tab in for me?
Not exactly sure what you mean, but can you not use
{TAB}
in the 'Keys to send' field?
