Wondered if anyone could help- have tried reinstalling the program but everytime I launch it the popup boxes are just blank- I can still interact with them, but there is no text or any graphics within them. If anyone has any ideas what it could be I'd really appreciate the advice!

have you tried to reboot your pc?
