"no matching active phrases" - fixed by re-loading Push2Run

Something is causing Push2Run to "forget" one or more of its active phrases. After a successful session yesterday afternoon (~16:15), this morning (~07:45) Push2Run failed to recognize "reboot" as one of its active phrases:
After exiting Push2Run and re-launching it, "reboot" was once again recognized:
