response lag for some clients

This week I had someone report very slow response times when working with Push2Run's user interface (windows). I had also had another report of this earlier.
However, the person reporting it this week also said that they had not yet entered their PushBullet Access Token, and once they did the problem went away. Checking in with the other person reporting the problem, this resolved their issue too.
I'll look to resolve this if possible for the next release (current release is v1.8) but in the meantime, if you are having a similar problem, please ensure you enter your PushBullet Access Token (in the Settings window).
