in the latest push2run version i can directly send a <keystroke>

which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <arrow left key>?
which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <spacebar>?
which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <tabulator key>?
which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <ESC key>?
which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <ENTER key>?
which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <page up key>?
which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <page down key>?
which letter combination do i have to insert to send and <F2 key>?
