I'm afraid I don't know the first thing about programming a Mac.
There is a project called mono that lets you run some windows programs on a Mac, but I've never used it and don't know if it will work with Push2Run or not. However, as Push2Run uses some very low-level api calls to do things like sending keystrokes I suspecting it won't.
