The way you were trying to approach it would be done using the following in the 'Keys to send' field:
{Wait999}{WIN}{SHIFT}{LEFT}
However, the problem that the last location of most apps is usually the one where it opens up the next time. Accordingly, if you did this when the app opened up on screen 1 it would move it to screen 2. But the next time you did it the reverse might happen.
I don't know of a way to natively tell windows to open a program on a specific screen (that is to say without coding for it specifically). There may be one, I just don't know it. This post has a little more information on that: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-f ... windows-10
