I have done as instructed, and it did not solve the issue. This one seems really tough! Let me know if there is anything else you can think of.

Given the problem seems to be between your google devive and IFTTT, you may want to post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ifttt/ as there will be people there that know the ins and outs of IFTTT better than I.

If you find a solution, or at least what may be a way forward, then I would appreciate you posting back here in order to help others who may run into the same issue.
