Hi all,
I have a computer permanently on and https://nodered.org/ is running on it, and I have set up my home automation system with that. I can also use Google Assistant with it, via https://smart-nora.eu/. I have a lot of Sonoff switches that I have flashed with https://tasmota.github.io/docs/, and they are all controlled via MQTT.
Push2run is exactly the missing piece of the puzzle in my story, because now I am going to try, without adding another service like Pushbullet, to control a laptop via MQTT by shouting at my Assistant.
Google Assistant -> Node-Red -> MQTT
Re: Google Assistant -> Node-Red -> MQTT
Yes, that should work.
Take a look at https://www.push2run.com/help/help_v4.8.3.0.html under where it says Using 'Desktop', 'Active Window', or 'MQTT'.
If you need any help please let me know.
