I've added the note to the various setup pages that use IFTTT.
Also, I've updated the image on the setup pages that use dropbox, to indicate you need to click the 'Add ingredient' button - although you can do it the way you ended up doing it too.
To see the changes you will likely need to refresh your browser or to use an incognito browsing session so as to insure its not displaying any cached items.
