Update notification popping up over other windows

I have a variety of settings turned off:

Always on Top is off
Automatically Check for Updates is off
Notifications are off, but I believe those are about the commands

Yet when I'm in a game or something else a Push2Run pop-up regarding an update will appear over everything else.
Even if I did want to know about updates, I wouldn't want it in this way... there doesn't seem to be a setting about this, and maybe two of the three I listed wouldn't apply... but at the least Automatically Check for Updates seems to not be working properly.

I've found and fixed the bug, it will be updated in the next release.
