I think I've found a "solution"...

So, I have tried using Push2Run in Brazilian Portuguese, and had the same issues.
It is a problem between Google Assistant and IFTTT, but there is a way around this.

1. Go to GOOGLE HOME App on your mobile device, and go to your ROUTINES tab.
2. There, add a new routine that will "listen" to what you say in your desired language.
3. The action it should perform as response to your command should IN ENGLISH, as it will be the command sent to Pushbullet.
   (example: when I say "Desligar meu Computador", Google Assistant will execute the command "Tell my computer to shutdown".

From there on, if you did all the other integration guides you should be good to go.

As a general workflow, it will be something like this:
GOOGLE HOME ROUTINES (your language) > GOOGLE ASSISTANT > PUSHBULLET > PUSH2RUN

You have one extra step that is the "manual translation".
After that it worked for me.
