New setup, Push2Run won't run actions

Hi, I just installed this for the first time and it looks like my commands are getting through. On my pc push2run session log shows everything and says action completed but never actually opens anything. I tried to right click on the calculator command and just hit Run, again the log says it was completed but I doesn't open the calculator. I confirmed the calc app location System32 folder and tried to make a new one with Spotify but the same thing happens. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
