Hi! I've been trying to use Push2Run for quite a while, but the program won't work.
I have attached the errors that I always get when I try to start the program.
After I try to add an action, another error pops up: Unable to access the database.
What can I do?

When I access that website, it says:
websocket connected in 0.47 seconds
streaming connected in 0.20 seconds

that's good - it indicates that it is perhaps not a network thing --- did you try installing the dot net framework (and rebooting) yet?

No, I don't. I thought about trying an older version of Push2Run but I don't know where to find one.

Older versions will not help. They all try to connect to stream.pushbullet.com or more specifically wss://stream.pushbullet.com/websocket/

If you feel comfortable with it, I would suggest for the purposes of a test, exiting all programs that access the internet, except push2run, and then disabling your firewall for the period of time required to run a test with Push2Run. If it works then the problem is likely a configuration one with your firewall. Once your test is complete you should turn your firewall back on asap.
